I use this Trudeau Maison Silicone Mini Muffin Pan for EVERYTHING! From sweet treats to savory handvo muffins, this pan allows for the cutest of treats! I use a coconut oil spray or avocado oil spray and what I love the most is that you can push the baked goods up and out without having to wrestle them out.

This Wilton Bar Pan is perfect for making stacked goodies for packaging. For example, I make 4 or 5 batches of various desserts and package them up for Diwali treats for my kids' teachers every year.

I love having various size cake pans for baking. This Wilton cake pan set includes 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch pans. If you like making double layer cakes, I suggest getting 2 sets of these!

I always line these Airbake Cookie Sheets with unbleached parchment paper, so it doesn't really matter that they are nonstick, but either way, I like how sturdy they are - some metal bends and causes food to "pop" off when you take it out of the oven, so these are nice and sturdy and have never done that. I also like the raised edge to allow for turning.

I use Calphalon jelly roll pans for roasting vegetables almost on a daily basis. I line them with this unbleaced parchment paper.

I use this cooling rack for roasting as well. I can skewer chicken and veggie kebabs and put them in the oven on these, with a pan underneath and it comes great!
-
I use these silicone baking cups often, not just for baking, but for separating food in my kids' lunch containers. I'll be perfectly honest, I have about 3 sets of these because I hate washing muffin pans when they get all sticky between batches of baking.

I LOVE these OXO Good Grips Oven Mitts (pictured above), but can no longer find them. This is OXO's new version of their silicone oven mitts.

I get this isn't technically "bakeware," but I use this often for making batter & dough! My KitchenAid Mixer gets pretty solid use during the holiday season. I use the dough and whisk attachments the most, but would love to try the homemade pasta attachment!

We use our Cuisinart food processor for plenty of homemade muffin, brownie, cookie batters. This one comes with many blades, so you can shred and slice as well.
